Reports, Late May 1123

Albion
The return to a wilder way of life carries on as the land seems to move
away from rigid law. An increase in the number of Mordred shrines being
found and reported has led to numerous other shrines being reported
and or destroyed falsely. This is occurring more in the rural areas of
Albion but is spreading, its also leading to everyone watching everyone.
Sheriff offices in some parts of the land are starting to show the strain.
Many of the pilgrims are returning to their homes after the death of
Dame Mellyor, slowly but surely the day-to-day work of Albion is
returning.

Cornwall
The death of the late Duke has sent further shockwaves through the
tight knit communities of this duchy. In this part of Albion, the false
persecution of so-called Mordred followers and the destruction of shrines
(both genuine and false) is at its greatest. The people are firmly behind
their Queen after the death of the duke, but they want the Queen to act
against Mordred as they feel the people and the court are either on the
defensive or the back foot. The coronation is of great interest to the
Cornish people. It has been many a year since one of Cornish decent
sat on the throne or rules the land.
The people of Rame are reported to be disgruntled after the circle close
to the town stopped working. The nearest circle is now several days
walk to either Exeter or Southampton. THere main source of income was
tourism.

Gloucester
The persecution and false persecution of Mordred followers and shrines
has spread to the duchy. It seems that this is not just limited to the
human and elf inhabitants of the duchy accusing but also includes the
Uruk’s and Goblins. All are being drawn into this behaviour on both sides
of the argument. The duchy is still in a state at the continued
incarceration of Sir Gawain, the people of the duchy implore you to
speak with the Queen on this matter. The people of the duchy are mildly
interested in the coronation of the Queen.

Keswick
With the occupation of a barony within the duchy this should be of the
greatest concern to all, but it seems that many are trying to find a way or
going out of there way to get into Havoc in order to join the forces there
for any number of reasons. This is also leading to an increase of “those
who fellow Mordred” and unlike the other duchies the number being
reported is dropping on a daily basis. The people of the duchy have little
or no interest in the upcoming coronation.

York
The relocation of the people of the vale of Warwick and the area around the Barony
of Iver has been completed with only those who need to remain still there as per
order from the Baron of Iver and your Grace. The squires were removed to
Winchester under the order of Sir Kaiya and Sir Lucas. Part of the York battalion has
taken up patrols in and around the Iver area and the Warwick area as per order of
the Lord Marshal. Scouts and rangers have been to the area and told to report as
and when they can. Authorities continue to investigate the ruins of Lincoln and
Newcastle on the coast for the possibility of being reinhabited. The reactivation of

several circles in the north of the duchy have had the effect of people moving back
into those areas (Lincoln, Newcastle and Durham. Help may be required for those
there.

Winchester

Much like the rest of Albion, the true and false accusations of being a
Mordred worshipper or having a shrine dedicated to him have spread to
this duchy. Not to the same extent as Cornwall and still slightly less than
Gloucester. News of the incident in the Blood Wood has spread, this has
not helped. Upon further investigation by scouts and rangers, other than
the large shrine itself and the fact that a great many people had been in
and through the area nothing else was found. This has of course sent
shock waves around the duchy and only increased the accusations. On
a plus note the citizens of the duchy as buzzing at the upcoming
coronation and the return of a royal family to Winchester. The people of
Bollington and Worcester are deeply upset after their local transport
circle stopped working.
